International Bipolar Foundation (IBPF) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2007 by four mothers of children with bipolar disorder. International Bipolar Foundation empowers individuals living with bipolar disorder and their caregivers by providing advocacy, education, support, and awarenessfostering a caring community and stigma-free world where mental health is equitably acknowledged and treated. Our programs are designed for those living with bipolar disorder and their caregivers and are free of charge. Our office is in San Diego, and we reach people in over 150 countries through our online programs
