International Legal Group (ILG) is a corporate law firm located in Kuwait City. The firm offers local and international legal and economic consulting to public and economic sectors in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the United States. Practice areas include commercial and civil litigation and arbitration, company formation, contracts and legal documents, insurance, real estate, banking and finance, investments, distribution, and more. The firm was launched in early 2011 after the merger of two practices, Dr. Ahmad Al Samdan and Dr. Rasheed Al Enezi.
