International School of Tallinn

The International School of Tallinn (IST) is committed to provide a high-quality international education. The language of instruction at the school is English across all subjects. Students also start with Estonian language learning from grade 1 and they choose a third language from grade 3. The school is aiming to provide a full cycle of learning continuum by opening classes at every year level for 3-18 years pupils. Currently Grades 1-8 are opened at IST for 6-14 years old pupils and an international group of 2-5 years old kids at our associated kindergarten Kalli-Kalli. All other classes (Grades 9-12 for 15-18 years old pupils) will be opened in the following years. IST was established with the purpose of providing the IB (International Baccalaureate) programmes at all year levels: PYP (Primary Years Programme), MYP (Middle Years Programme) and DP (Diploma Programme).
