Internationale Union of Notaries (UINL)

International Union of Notaries (UINL) UINL is an international, non-governmental organisation established since 1948. It counts 89 Member Notariats sharing the same vision of the notary, the notarial act and function. UINL aims to promote, co-ordinate and develop the function and activities of notaries throughout the world. It ensures their dignity and independence with a view to providing a better service to users and society in general. Its internal policy focuses on assuring the highest standard authentic acts and therefore in the proper fulfilment of the function of notaries. Its external policy aims at transferring expertise to and sharing experiences with International Organisations and Governments.
