Founded in 1995 by Mike Daugherty and his daughter, Wanda Klein, InterSpan, Inc continues operating as a family owned business. The principals of InterSpan, Inc. Mike Daugherty, retired, after over 40 years as a Human Resources and Production Consultant. He served as: Chairman of the Virginia Manufacturers Asssn., Human Resources committee founding member of the Chesterfield/Hopewell Chapter of the Personnel Managers Assoc.; and as a member of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Committee on Management Relations. Wanda Klein, PHR, Founder and Vice President is a UVa accounting graduate, a certified Professional in Human Resources, and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. Wanda presents an analytical/qualitative perspective based on her unique blend of Human Resource and Accounting Management experience over the past 30 years.
