Intex Recreation Corp. (IRC) is the exclusive sales associate and distributor of INTEX branded products in the United States and Canada. IRC sells to multiple classes of retail including mass market, internet, club, sporting goods, grocery, toy, housewares, department, as well as local distributors. The INTEX product lines include Air Mattresses, Above Ground Pools, Inflatable Pool Floats, Pool Accessories, Inflatable Boats and Kayaks, and after-sale consumer parts. IRC sells direct to the three largest customers and through well-established rep groups managed by Territory Sales Managers for all other customers. IRCs customer base numbers in the thousands while consumer direct sales are conducted via Intexcorp.com and a fully staffed Consumer Service Call Center with agents in Long Beach, the Philippines and China.
