Intrex Aerospace

Intrex Aerospace is a contract manufacturer of machined components for space, aerospace and defense. Our 75,000 sq. ft. facility is located in Thornton, CO. Our primary focus is manufacturing high precision machined components for aerospace, space, and defense. We have over 35 CNC machines. We machine complex shapes (3-4-5 axis), from a wide range of materials. Our CNC machines consist of milling centers (both horizontal & vertical), CNC single spindle turn/mill lathes (2-3 axis), CNC twin spindle turn/mills (up to 7 axis), CNC mill/turn w/ATC (5 axis simultaneous). Several of our machines have automatic load/unload robots, for higher volume work. Much of our work is machining thin walled parts (couplers, flanges). We can also provide some level of assembly.
