Invest in Kids

For over 20 years, Invest in Kids has been committed to improving the health and well-being of vulnerable young children and families throughout Colorado. We bring research-based, proven programs into communities across the state, focusing our efforts on meeting the specific needs of children in low-income families. It is our hope to see every child in Colorado thrive, and we partner with community leaders, care providers, and donors to work toward this goal. Invest in Kids oversees implementation of three programs in the state of Colorado. The Nurse-Family Partnership is a relationship-based program that partners highly-trained professional nurses with vulnerable first-time mothers and their babies. The program transforms lives through improved pregnancy outcomes, promotion of child health and development, and the encouragement of economic self-sufficiency for families.
