The mission of IPE Laboratory is to provide an effective execution of business projects in the interests of Russian society, while developing a theoretical and practical basis of institutional approach in economics. We carry out these projects ourselves and help others make success in this business area. Values of IPE Laboratory: Objectivity we develop and introduce universal standards of project description and elaboration, which can help to precisely estimate the investment potential of any project. Result we use achievements of the institutional approach to make the project work effectively in the real life and in relation to public institutions already at the stage when its being described.
