IPS Grow exists to support the national commitment to increasing access to IPS by empowering and mobilising a community of providers committed to working together to improve employment outcomes. Getting into employment can be a vital part of a recovery journey. Individual Placement Support (IPS) is the leading model to help people with severe mental health problems secure a paid role of their choosing. IPS Grow work with partner providers across the country to help them to deliver world-class IPS and enable more people than ever before to increase their confidence, overcome barriers and gain independence through securing paid employment.
