Ipswich Community Media

Ipswich Community Media is an award-winning charity with and for local people. We empower people to create, learn, inspire and build stronger communities together. Our mission is to challenge inequality by empowering people to transform their lives through learning and creativity. We provide high quality community activities & opportunities in music, media, the creative arts and language learning for people of all ages, cultures, abilities & backgrounds. We work with over 60 children and young people through our projects weekly, more than 100 volunteers and teach English to over 120 learners every week from a mix of 21 different nationalities. Thats over 10,000 opportunities each year to engage with projects at ICM. We are based just off Norwich Road in Ipswich, one of the most diverse and exciting areas of our town.
