The Iron Temple of Martial Arts, previously The Martial Arts Center, was established in 1996 in Bergen County, New Jersey. Training is focused on self preservation covering a wide array of intense martial arts disciplines geared towards self defense, self awareness and physical conditioning. The development of the mind, body and spirit is paramount in an evolving market of mixed Martial Arts. With over 54 years of experience between the instructors at the Iron Temple, our goal is to guide the student through traditional training with a modern and practical approach to self defense and self preservation.
