IMPACT is a labor management partnership designed to provide a forum for union iron workers and their contractors to address mutual concerns and encourage reasonable solutions. IMPACT works improve the economic competitiveness of the iron working industry. Our primary mission is to identify and expand job opportunities through progressive and innovative labor management cooperative programs.
