Isatay Operating Company Limited Liability Partnership has been founded in accordance the Contract for combined exploration and production of hydrocarbons dated June 25, 2015, registration number No. 4160- YBC-M3., as the Operator of offshore petroleum operations on Block Isatay contracted area which is located in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea, 45 km north of the coast of the Bozashy Peninsula. The depth of water of the Isatay Block is between two and seven meters.
