Isigny Sainte Mere

Isigny Sainte Mere is a French dairy cooperative located in the Isigny terroir of Normandy, which is the cradle of the famous Isigny butter and creme fraiche(cultured cream). It is owned by almost 700 dairy farmers members representing 500 dairy farms in the 3 Normandy districts of Calvados, and Manche and Orne. Isigny Sainte Mere is collecting and processing close to 200 million liters of milk per year. It is marketing its members milk in 2 different kinds of products nationally and internationally, both under the Isigny Sainte Mere brand and under its clients brands: - Fresh dairy products: high quality butters and creams and traditional French cheeses. - High-grade infant milk powder.
