Island Academy International

In September of 2001, Island Academy International opened its doors to its first students. Today, just over a decade later, this premier academic institution has been successful in its undertaking to provide high quality education to the children of Antigua and to address the economic and social inequalities which often prevent many of the islands deserving children access to world-class education. The founders envisioned an educational institution which would fulfill the needs of both these students and those from the expatriate community. This vision realized, Island Academy has evolved into a diverse multinational and socioeconomic environment, with our staff and students representing over 20 nations. In such a setting, our students learn to value diversity and respect cultural and socioeconomic differences.
