Formed in 2015, with the primary aim of connecting property owners with the right tenants and vice versa, Island Properties initially aimed at letting, sales, property development and construction, throughout central Malta. The business generated its own capital through the very first contract that was signed without the need of any initial investment. Notwithstanding this, Island Properties generated enough capital to fund its own projects and now is considered to be an established local property company.
