Our strategy is based on achieving operational excellence on all available customer contact channels and become a knowledge leader in customer care. These services we offer both at one of our own locations or on site with our own people or the clients personnel. We are professionals in handling services like: inbound/outbound customer contact; technical helpdesk; email/webform; training, interim management & consultancy; co-sourcing; insourcing; business process outsourcing. Locations For the Dutch market ISS CC has 4 sites in the Netherlands and 1 location in Turkey. We also support more than 20 large organisations on their own premises. On our sites in Leidschendam, Assen, Rotterdam and Oosterhout, we have 500 seats and 900 agents. ...
