Founded in 1942 as a producer of pig iron, in the 60s the company turns to ferroalloys, becoming in the 90s a leading player in the production of HC ferromanganese and silicomanganese. Through the years, Italghisa keeps a leadership position in the market thanks to a distinctive production know how focused on material and energy efficiency and a solid expertise in procurement and logistics. In 2016 the company, leveraging its solid experience in production and logistics, launches the ferroalloys trading business. From more than 70 years we supply leading European and Italian steel companies.
