Having experience both in staffing agencies and in-house recruitment for companies known worldwide, we know why some internal HR teams stay away from agencies. And we are eager to change this perception. We have our own R&D Department. To provide both our partners and candidates with a great experience, we need to be sure all our processes are smooth. Since ready-made tools that meet our requirements are not available, we created our own R&D Department to develop them from scratch.
