Ivey Community Consulting Project

The Ivey Community Consulting Project (CCP) is a program that matches Ivey students with non-profit organizations in London and Toronto to undertake pro-bono consulting projects. CCP advises NPOs on their most pressing, strategic business issues. We want to make recommendations on how to best position your organization for long-term success, rather than provide short-term tactical support. In the past, we have worked with organizations on a number of strategic initiatives including: Creating a three-year sustainability plan covering funding, services, and operations Developing marketing strategies to increase attendance and proceeds at an event Conducting a capital spend analysis to analyze buy vs. lease options These projects are completed over a six-week period beginning in September and ending in mid November.
