IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute(China)

IVL: Founded jointly by the Swedish government and the Swedish business sector in 1966, IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute is Swedens first and oldest environmental research institute. Now a limited company, it is owned by SIVL Foundation for IVL (SIVL) . We work with applied research and on commission to promote ecologically, economically, and socially sustainable growth within business and society at large. Our research is funded partly by the Swedish government and the Swedish business sector, and partly through appropriations granted by national research bodies, research foundations, and the EU. IVL-China: Branch office of IVL in China. Since 1980s, IVL has cooperated with various Chinese partners. In 2009, IVL built Bejing office. With the business development, IVL set up one company in Bejing and another office in Wuhan.
