IWC is Aboriginal community-controlled, non-government and charitable, offering services to all people Indigenous and non-Indigenous across Bundaberg and the Wide Bay / Burnett. From very small beginnings, today IWC is a major employer in Bundaberg region, with 140 staff and growing. IWC has more than 12,000 clients, and growing, and provides around 92,000 Episodes of Care a year.
