IYO Restaurant

Claudio Liu opened IYO in 2007. Its name is significant, and is made up of the three final letters of the Japanese term ukiyo, floating world. IYO invites its clients to live in the fullness of the moment, to seek pleasure and beauty in a culinary experience during which the search for excellence in food and hospitality are expressed in a meeting of East and West. Every aspect is curated in the smallest detail: the elegant creations from the kitchen and the sushi bar, the modern, minimalist place settings, the discreet and professional service, the contemporary, artful ambiance. All are aimed at guaranteeing each guest an authentic Taste Experience.
