The Jacobs Futura Foundation is a dynamic philanthropic organisation dedicated to creating lasting, positive change in our chosen areas of focus. Supporting Athletes Athletes dedicate their lives to their sport, and in doing so inspire millions. Yet the vast majority face significant challenges when they exit from sport. We will enhance the support available to athletes during this transition and develop new ideas that can lead to lasting change. Protecting Rainforests The worlds tropical rainforests support the lives of millions of people, host some of the worlds greatest biodiversity and play an essential role in tackling climate change. Yet an area of forest the size of Greece is still being lost each year. We will support projects that protect the rainforest and that prevent further destruction.
