Jam Media creates entertainment brands across all genres and platforms. JAM has created a number of award-winning TV series and short animations and continually strives for immersive stories, engaging characters and quality animations in all its productions. Since its inception in 2002, the founders John Rice, Alan Shannon and Mark Cumberton have developed methods of delivering broadcast quality animated content over traditional and emerging platforms. In October 2012, JAM was nominated again for the BAFTA awards for best Drama and recently won the prestigious Producer of the year at the Cartoon Forum in Toulouse, France. In 2010, their CBBC series Roy won the Royal Television Award and was nominated for two BAFTA awards for best Drama and best Writer.
