Jan Suraaj Foundation dreams of an India that meets the aspirations of its youth. Our mission is to develop and empower progressive youth leaders across India. Starting our journey in Bihar, we have built a network of 20,000+ youth leaders who run Youth Clubs in their local communities. These clubs increase access to sports, education, health, livelihood and entitlements for their members, while also seeking to popularise and deepen Jan Suraajs progressive values. The immersive experience of running a community organisation, along with regular training and support, will empower our youth network to become progressive leaders of Bihar and beyond. They will emerge as future entrepreneurs, social workers and elected representatives. Each of our youth leaders draw their motivation and energy from Prashant Kishor, the founder of Jan Suraaj.
