JCAA is an independent and private non-profit. It has a track record spanning 70 years over which it has continuously adapted its capacities to offer both domestic and international arbitrations tailored to users specific needs. Most of the JCAA arbitration cases were of an international nature, involving one or more non-Japanese companies or citizens. JCAAs panel of arbitrators offers a highly diverse spectrum of arbitrators.
