Founded in 1958 by Joseph C. Ripberger, the company was built on the core foundation of integrity, teamwork and experience in which attributes J.C. Ripberger Construction Corporation with an exceptional reputation in the Construction Industry in Indiana today. Since July 1993 William L. Ripberger, Jr. grandson of the founder, is now serving as President and CEO, Mr. Ripberger, Jr. still holds on to tradition of great values that now spans over fifty years. Our workforce consists of between 75-120 employees (depending on the project workload and workforce needed) - Project Managers, Estimators, Accountants, Administrative Staff, Superintendents, Carpenters, Laborers, Operating Engineers and Cement Masons.
