Juan D. Nepomuceno (JDN) Sons Inc., together with its sister company, Teresa G. Nepomuceno (TGN) Realty Corporation, is the owner and developer of the Nepo Center in the heart of Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. Named for our forebearers, JDN and TGN are joined by two subsidiaries located in Pangasinan, Borealis Corporation in Dagupan and Wespan Development Corporation in Alaminos, to be collectively known as the JDN Realty Group. The groups humble beginnings started in the mid-1960s when Engr. Peter G. Nepomuceno envisioned and developed the citys premiere subdivision, Villa Teresa, and the then flagship marketplace for stateside goods, Nepo Mart.
