Jefferson Transitional Programs (JTP) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit (33-0477477) that offers vocational, supported living, and educational programs for individuals living in Riverside County, age 16 and up, who carry psychiatric diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and clinical depression many of whom are homeless. Our organization was founded in 1990 and incorporated in 1991, as the result of one mothers efforts.
