Our objectives are to: conduct research and exchange information with electric utilities around the world in coordinated and constant manner in order to contribute to industrial prosperity of the Japanese electric power industry; and cooperate with those in developing countries to help them build their electric power infrastructures from the standpoint of the Japanese electric utilities. These objectives are consistent ever since our establishment in 1958. -Research and Information activities- JEPIC conducts research on the electric power industry in foreign countries in light of situations and issues facing the industry in Japan currently.
