We know that using a direct workforce gives our clients additional reassurance of our reliability, cost and safety. We have a directly employed help-desk which operates 24hrs a day 365 days a year. The help-desk not only offers a portal to deploy essential repairs but also offers an experienced team that can provide technical and safety information.
