Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in the year 2019 in Malaysia and started its start-of-the-art paper manufacturing factory construction project in the year 2021. Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd will be investing approximately RM 2.3 billion for the project (approximately USD 300 million) with a land size of 80 acres, and the factory is located at Banting Industrial City, Kuala Langat, Selangor. Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is the wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. which was founded in 1984 and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Shenzhen, China for the year 2006. Today, Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. is one of the market leaders in the packaging board manufacturing industry in China.
