Jinko is a China-based Company with its core focus on the provision of clean energy. The Companys main businesses include the development, investment, construction, operation and management of solar PV power plants and EPC activities for PV power plants (EPC almost exclusively in China). Jinko was established in China in July 2011, then operating as a subsidiary of JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: JKS, JinkoSolar) with its focus exclusively on developing, constructing and operating PV projects in its home market. Jinko entered the international IPP business in August 2015 and has fast become a global leader in the PV market having been awarded over 3.3GWs of PV projects across 6 jurisdictions internationally. Jinko was spun off from JinkoSolar in late 2016 and has listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Ticker: 601778 ) in 2020.
