JKT has a state-of-the-art peanut shelling plant in Rajkot, Gujarat. It is BRC and ISO 22000 certified and is one of the largest plants in India with over 35,000 sq. ft. area and a processing capacity of 30,000 tons annually. It is equipped with fully automated shelling, grading, color sorting, and laser sorting with metal detectors & magnets. JKT has a peanut processing facility in Chennai, to procure and process the crop from southern parts of India.
