Jerome L. Taylor Trucking (JLT) is a locally owned and operated waste collection company that was formed in 2002 as a second-generation waste collection operation in Washington DC. The Taylor family began their waste collection legacy in 1972, the year our namesake was born. After growing up working in the waste business, Jerome Taylor set out to further cement the Taylor name in the history of waste collection in Washington DC. After starting with one truck in 2002 servicing the District, Mr. Taylor has overseen the growth of JLT into a multi-state operation, which continues to grow at an exponential rate. We are proud to secure yet another yard which will house up to 50 of JLTs collection vehicles and providing our company with the resources to support our continued growth.
