This focus led to the creation of Autumn Leaves, a superior standalone memory care community designed specifically to meet the needs of people living with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia. Additionally, J&M partners with other owners to manage other senior living properties, including assisted living and independent living. J&Ms principals are highly experienced in all aspects of real estate as well as management of senior living, apartments, and hospitality. Our portfolio currently includes 8 Autumn Leaves memory care communities in Illinois, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Texas as well as one dual-focused independent and assisted living community in Corinth, Texas.
