Job-Pairs is an award winning non-profit organisation founded in 2013. The organisation brings together unemployed young people with experienced business professionals providing free of charge mentoring services. The initiative aims in helping young graduates start their career journey and empowering youth employability. At the same time, volunteerism is promoted within the workplace as the mentors volunteer in helping unemployed professionals. The Job-Pairs wishes to give a new impetus on the Greek job market.
