jobs4refugees is a charitable organisation, which was founded end of 2015 in Berlin. Our aim is to help refugees find work and apprenticeships. The idea is to allow them to parttake in our society self-determinedly. We believe that taking up work is a decisive step towards a successful integration. We conduct personal interviews with the refugees in German, English, French and Arabic to find out about their skills and motivation.
