What is Jobsteps? Jobsteps Employment Services is a not-for-profit organisation that specialises in helping disadvantaged individuals and those with complex barriers to find and sustain meaningful paid employment; our specialist programmes focus on individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions, Learning Difficulties and Mental Health issues. Within Jobsteps we have two specialist divisions; Stepping Forward and Work Programme. Stepping Forward is a Confidence Building and Employability programme open to any customers 16 years and over who are on the autistic spectrum and/or have learning disabilities who are not currently accessing mainstream activities, including other welfare to work programmes, education, training or employment.
