Joes Pasta House, rated one of the best Italian restaurants in the Albuquerque metro area, proudly shares with you the traditional Italian American cuisine created with immigration recipes taught to Joe while growing up in his Nonas kitchen. Working in the family bakery back in NYC, Joe also learned the baking trade from his father; but his heart remained in Nonas kitchen. After receiving culinary training at CIA NY & working with many chefs; Joe started his first business with Dagwoods Restaurant following with Avantis Pizzeria & Dakotas Catering. KC, Joes wife, started out as server in her teens with Hotel Sofitel; working her way up to food & beverage management by her early 20s in restaurants, catering & banquets.
