Jon F. Swift Construction has been performing construction services in Southwest Florida for over 43 years. We have performed our services under all three project contract delivery methods (Construction Management, Design Build and Competitive Bid, ). We pride ourselves on the fact that our client list is short, while our project list is long. What we mean by this is that we have been selective in the clients we choose to offer our services to. We believe our client service to be our most valuable asset. The fact that we have so many repeat projects from just a handful of clients, speaks volumes for our ability to satisfy our customers.
