Founded in 1984, the firm was created to provide general Civil and Municipal Engineering services to the Northern Utah area. The firm started with services to the City of North Ogden and soon thereafter began to add additional municipalities in response to the firms reputation. The firm has focused on providing honest and skilled services and has tried to maintain a low-overhead business model through minimal marketing. Jones & Associates serves as the appointed engineer for 16 municipalities, one improvement district, and one county. The firm also provides services to other municipalities, school districts, service districts, counties, and the State of Utah on a project by project basis.
