JOR Engineering Inc

JOR Engineering was founded by Omar Rood, Jr., P.E. and incorporated in October 1987 in Crookston, MN. Primarily working with watersheds in the northern tier of the Red River of the North Basin, JOR found its niche. The firm has grown out of need for our skills and has full-time and part-time professional civil engineers, GIS, GPS, and CAD specialists, and additional personnel. JOR specializes in water resource management relating to flood control, stormwater, and water quality. This work has included extensive project coordination with various federal, state, county and local agencies, as well as private organizations and landowners. JOR serves as the District Engineers for the Bois de Sioux Watershed District and the Two Rivers Watershed District.
