ABOUT JQ MOTORS J.Q. Motors Ltd. was formerly the Automotive Division of J.Q. Charles Ltd. which was established in 1967. Originally the franchise owner of British Leyland, the company went on to secure the Mitsubishi franchise in the mid nineteen seventies and has successfully provided the people of St. Lucia with the products, services and after sales resources of the Mitsubishi brand since then. In October of 2004, the company was radiated from J.Q. Charles Ltd., incorporated, and is now a 100% owned subsidiary of the J.Q. Charles Group of Companies. After many years of operating Mitsubishi as the sole vehicle option from our company, J.Q. Motors Ltd. obtained the distributorship for all General Motors brands for St. Lucia in late 2006 and commenced fully franchised sales and support operations for Chevrolet in March of 2007.
