JSC Quadra - Power Generation

The Joint Stock Company Quadra Power Generation (JSC Quadra Power Generation) is one of Russias largest territorial generating companies (TGCs), which was created during the reform of RAO UES of Russia and registered on 20 April 2005 (the companys name was JSC TGC-4 before 18 May 2010). The company was created on the basis of thermal generating capacities and thermal grid assets of regional energo joint-stock companies in 11 regions of the Central Federal District. The production assets of JSC Quadra Power Generation are located in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov and Tula Regions. The main types of activity of JSC Quadra Power Generation are production and sale of electricity on the wholesale electricity and capacity market, and production, transportation and sale of thermal energy on the retail market.
