Quality and waste are what JSK Solutions are about; building processes to deliver quality to customers whilst eliminating waste at the same time. JSK Solutions works with Finance to make their processes better; taking less time, improving quality, reducing the resources consumed and improving risk management. All this achieved with a payback of less than one year. The suggestions that the team come up with are practical and consistent with Lean and Six Sigma methods appropriately modified for professional service environments. Our real value add skill lies in working with the professional side of Finance (areas such as month end close, reporting management and statutory/regulatory, FP&A) rather than the transaction processing side although we do that too. We have also found that our expertise in working with professionals extends to other areas such as Legal and HR.
