JTRE London

JTRE London is an integrated investor-developer-contactor founded in September 2019 by one of Central Europes leading property developers JTRE, based in Slovakia. JTRE entered the UK real estate market in 2018 having acquired its first Prime Central London asset for development on the South Bank, the 450m mixed use scheme, Triptych Bankside. As part of its flagship development, Triptych Bankside, JTRE London has contributed over 1.5m to the delivery of a new campus for Art Academy London at Triptych Bankside. Appleby Blue on Southwark Park Road, a project in partnership with United St. Saviours Charity is JTRE Londons second project. Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects, Witherford, Watson and Mann, Appleby Blue is a new Almshouse consisting of 57 new homes and community space.
