As coaches, analysts, injury specialists & mentors we have all been grateful for the good things granted to us through an obsessive nature to our crafts. With us seeing a lot of young players getting too much to young and sometimes becoming a victim of a culture that needs to change, we aim to guide the players that we are privileged to work with to focus on the process of learning and developing as a young person and football player. We encourage them to be obsessive about this journey and connect passionately to the essence of their craft. Our organisation offers these players the vital extra wholistic support needed to help make progress in the next stage of their career.
